Words shape communities
This youth exchange addressed hate speech, stereotypes, and exclusion. Its aims included strengthening critical thinking, fact-checking, and the ability to respond to harmful language in constructive ways.
Learning through participation
The published participant account describes workshops on fact-checking and hate speech on social media. Games, debates, and drama helped participants explore the themes together, while cultural evenings and shared meals created opportunities for intercultural exchange.
Taking responsibility
The programme encouraged young people to recognise their role in building inclusive communities. Cyclo Project participated as the Finnish partner in a collaboration coordinated by MTÜ Communication in Estonia.
