Looking at the whole organisation
Q-LAB brought together managers and decision-makers working with learning mobility, volunteering and youth work. The training set out to connect personal, professional and organisational perspectives, with attention to the quality and impact of international activities. Sharing existing practice was central to understanding how organisations could learn from one another.
Building a basis for partnership
The programme proposed discussions of Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps implementation, examples of Estonian youth work, and exchanges about education and management. It aimed to identify shared interests for future cooperation rather than treat networking as an end in itself. An online learning environment and resource collection were also planned to support continued learning and exchange.
