Youth exchange & trainingSpeak Peace ↗
Practical ways to approach conflict through dialogue, creativity, and non-violent communication.
Making participation possible
The training centred on methods that help rural young people take an active role in their communities. Participants were invited to share, develop, and practise approaches to barriers that can make participation more difficult outside major urban centres.
Building local connections
The project encouraged cooperation between young people, youth organisations, municipalities, small businesses, and farmers. Its aims connected inclusive youth work with the value of rural life, alongside creativity and cooperation at organisational and policy levels. Innovation Office coordinated the programme in Lithuania.
